Our Focus is on Movement Education

We focus on teaching our clients about how to move and engage muscles properly to create the most dynamic and powerful movements. We also encourage our clients to listen to their bodies so that they know what to do when the body is experiencing pain or discomfort. 

Movement education is suitable for anyone; whether you are a fitness enthusiast or someone who is looking for more support and strength - safely- after physical rehabilitation.

Tuesday - Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm (Last appointment at 6:00pm)

Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm (Last appointment at 3:00pm)

If you would like to book for a time outside of this teaching window (for Private and Semi-Private classes only), please email us. We will try our best to accommodate.
